Taking this further as this is atrocious service and should be in breach of contract

When a business can't even reply to a complaint about their utter lack of customer service. Big companies tend to forget that without the public they wouldn't be in service. It is how many weeks later and my daughter hasn't received her credit or the airtime transfer. I am looking into how this is a breach of their contract as how many hours and telephone conversations must she go through just to be told it's resolved.They are quick to debt her account for the full amount that isn't even due. MTN total disregard for their clientele is shocking and just goes to show they don't care,Then their slogan says every where you go hello , come on once you have signed that contract you may as well be invisible.
