Taking my money at every turn

I have had a few issues with MTN after being transferred from Nashua Mobile.

1. MTN ran a debit order on my account without authorisation.
2. I tried to buy 3GB data product on 31 January on MTN store website. 3 attempts failed so no data was transferred but my account was debited for all transactions. I want a refund but cannot get assistance. First agent got the scenario wrong. A complaint was logged but I have not received a response 2 weeks later. Complaint ***.
3. A JENGA service fee was added to my contract (R45). I have no idea what it is or why it is there. I had it deactivated (***) in store but I still want a refund as I never bought or agreed to any product.
