Taking more than 2 months to provide service
On 13 February I went to MTN Cresta Branch to change my contract and open new contracts with dual SIMS. I filled all the forms and was informed that everything will be done within 24 hours however they did not have the Iphone and the wireless modem in stock and that they will call me when they have it. I was called and was handed over my new phone and the wireless modem on the 28 Feb 2015 and was assured that everything will be connected within 24 hours. I informed them that I needed to travel and that I needed the service active. I subsequently travelled to Cape Town and found the modem was not working and the SIM for my IPAD was not working. I went to the Cavendish branch of MTN and was told that whoever did my application did it incorrectly and they gave me a new sim and said I must wait 24hours and it will be activated. I went back to Cavendish and was told by Nizar everything was fixed and must wait. I waited in vain and then came back to JHB and went back to the Cresta branch and reported it and the manager took all my details and logged faults for each of the problems. The service is still not active and I sent emails , left telephone messages and am not getting a response.
