Taking money from the elderly!!!!!!

Oh WOW!. At least 5 years ago, my 80 year old mother cancelled her contract with you, MTN. She then had to cancel it twice more after before it was actually cancelled. Then, suddenly in July 2020 you take R620 from her bank account. You claim she renewed that contract - in 2017!!!! which already sounds like a blatant lie. She did not renew it and supposing she did, why on earth did you wait almost 4 years before requiring payment. Assistance from MTN is non-existent. Please stop taking money from my mother and sort your systems out!!!!!
