Taking Money even though I do not have a device

<p>In February 2017 Mobiles Plus contacted me about a tablet through MTN for R59.00 a month. Thought it was a good deal. Contract concluded, I was sent the device but the courier refused to accept my proof of residence, so I told him to return it. Thereafter after I received an sms to tell me it was activated I called Mobiles Plus and told them I didn't have it, cancel the deal. (Early March). 29 April 2017 a deduction was made from my bank account. I cannot get hold of a person at the HO, they persist in putting me through to a machine, Mobiles Plus cannot help me, and I left a message on Facebook and was promised and agent would call. Nothing has happened, I want my money back. I do not have this device.</p>
