taking hours to answer!

i would just like to know is there another number we can contact for assistance because 808 is horrific!!!! each time i go to the store it takes about roughly 30 min up to 2 hours before they answer???<br> <br> how can the consultants assist if the people who are supposed to assist them do not answer their phones honestly this is bad how does the precedure work there?<br> <br> is there enough people answering the phones?<br> <br> is there a time limit they use per customer to give advise and assist?<br> <br> im losing bussiness due to this please give me an honest answer veyr soon
