Taking advantage of people.
THIS IS THE MESSAGE I SEND TO MTN THIS MORNING AND THE RESPONSE I RECEIVED WAS THE COMPLAINTS IN BOX IS FULL SO MY MESSAGE COULD NOT BE READ. PLEASE SEE BELOW.
Good Morning
I have been battling with MTN for the last 2 weeks, My Aunty recharged her phone with R30 and within 2 days all the airtime disappeared I then went to the store and was told to call the service centre to find out who is taking her airtime, I was then told it is some dating service which my aunty did not subscribe to she is 80 years old what would she want with that service, after opting STOP to MTN they deducted airtime from her again , I then went to the MTN store again and complained but left with no solution, after recharging again with R30 MTN continued to take money from her airtime, this for me is called *****ing from old people she keeps that airtime in her phone for emergency, I then went again to the MTN store and was told that there is nothing they can do it is not MTN it is an advertising company, this is a load of ******* if it is not MTN then why is MTN deducting the airtime, I then after being frustrated and angry I called the service centre again and spoke to a service provider who then put me through to the manager who said he would cancel it from his side . I want to know who is going to give my aunty her airtime back, MTN should give this back to her as MTN is in fault. If this is going to continue I WILL BE CONTACTING HELLO PETER AND GET THIS REPORTED.
The number that this is happening to is ********** , can you help me.
After receiving a message from MTN twice saying that the subscription was cancelled, they have the ordacity to send a message asking if she wanted to subscribe to the same service And even after we received those cancelled messages they still continued to take her airtime
