Taking advantage of customers

On the 30th of April i received some stupid sms with a link n i tried to delete it, i however clicked the link mistakenly. I then received another sms saying i have subscribed to something. Another sms came in a few seconds later saying i can unsubscribe by smsing STOP to a certain 083 number which i did. It appears that MTN never cared to cancel it. I have been recharging and my airtime has been vanishing. I need all my airtime back because i never willingly subscribed to anything and opening a link should not ean im subscribing to something. MTN cant send me tricky smses, i do not even play games on my phone. I want all my airtime back since the 30th of April till today, had I not seen it evidently vanishing this morning i wouldnt have known. I have been loyal to MTN regardless of all the network issuesive been experiencing and how that has been bad for my business. At times its impossible to get ahold of customers. Then the nerve to take my airtime for stupid games i dont even play. I WANT ALL MY AIRTIME BACK!!
