Taking additional money from my account - pathetic customer service

I wrote my first review in this regard on the 25th of July 2017, followed by a follow-up review on the 27th of July. MTN took an additional payment straight from my account and left the balance when the account was closed of –R33.56, which means that MTN took more money than expected. I first spoke directly with MTN Customer Service, I dealt with, Palesa Phoku, and she simply stated that all was in order, with no attempt to show evidence that the additional payment was in fact correct. I then wrote a review on HelloPeter (24 July 2017) and I got a quick response from 'Mike' from MTN after my review was posted, but he again was brief in his response: "Kindly be advised that we were debiting your account one month behind the R539.00 that was debited from your account the 26/06/2017 it was for the last invoice dated the 20/05/2017 due to contract expiry date was 15/06/2017." Which I can't verify as MTN has removed all my Statements from the website. I responded to Mike to say that I can't verify this and asked why the balance on my account was now -R33.56? And when this will be paid back into my bank account. I never got a response from Mike so I wrote another review (27 July 2017). I received a response from Kabelo Brett Mosimanyane (a Complaints Analyst) stating that the matter was “receiving priority attention” and that the matter was referred to “the relevant department as urgent” (we are now in September with no resolution, that’s great priority).

It is now the 6th of September and I have heard nothing further. Is my issue going to be resolved? Are MTN going to pay me back my money anytime soon? MTN again showing how pathetic their customer service is. They respond to these reviews very quickly and assume that that is sufficient.
