Taking a contract with mtn turned into a nightmare.

If I could rate it zero I would because they are completely refusing to stop debiting my account. I personally went through to the store and I spoke to their retention person and they keep debiting. They've been debiting *******ly for months now and I'm not getting any assistance from them. Resorted to speaking to them on twitter but still nothing so maybe this will assist. If I could turn back time and not take a contract with them , I would because this has been an absolute nightmare. I want my money back.
