Takealot voucher

On the 11the August2022 i got an upgrade at sandton mtn next to checkers, the p50 pro came with an mtn voucher that i had to activate online. the huawei lady at mtn showed me how it's done using her phone but when i got home i couldn't do it. I called later and she said she will escalate the matter and i also texted the vouchers lady as she told me still nothing. The voucher lady said she'd send me a screenshot of what the voucher is supposed tovlook like , it's been more than 10 days and I'm still waiting for the screenshot . I'm starting to wonder if the voucher is meant to just lure people into upgrading? I need that voucher as promised upon my upgrade.
