Take the bogus debt of my name

Mtn terminated my services with them whilst I still had a pending ***** case against them, now they are saying I owe them for services which they froze what exactly am I supposed to be paying for. I want this debt out of my name and resolved or else I will take the matter to the media and ombudsman.
