TAKE OWNERSHIP AND STOP SHIFTING THE BLAME!!1

Why would the network bill my airtime when i still have data on my account? why was this information not disclosed to me when i called the customer line, could it be because the numbers called would not be able to be supp**** since there were no numbers called... the numbers i called were 173 and 808 which are free numbers according to my knowledge. yes R21 was transferred, that was after some of my airtime disappeared, was not about to lose all of it without having spent it. this is becoming a regular thing for MTN, the same thing happened last week and when i tried calling customer care it had closed down. I'm tired of receiving your sorry for the inconvenience messages, clearly they are system generated and there is no thought what so ever behind them. i will rid myself of the inconvenience by simply changing networks. thank you for nothing.

Hello Kajadin,

Thank you for your post.

Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused as result of the breakdown in the service delivery in one of our touch points.

Kindly be advised that our system shows that after the R30 airtime was loaded on 2015-07-12, a few calls were made on the same day and on 2015-07-14. On the 2015-07-16, the data bundles were depleted and you were then charged from your airtime balance for internet connections R4.47 and R1.75 and there after a ME2U transfer of R21 was done.

Rest assured, it is not our intention to displease you. We look forward to improving on the service delivery to you.

Regards,
Ayanda
