TAKE HEED OF MTNS CURRENT BUSINESS PACTICES

(Service Request ***) for which I have requested the assistance in resolution from Maurisha Rossouw on Saturday 12/09/2015 at MTN's Greenaces Outlet Store.<br> <br> I have received the following sms from MTN below:<br> <br> \Request REQ:***? resolved Notification Good Day?*** was temporarily deactivated on 15 August 2015?<br> and the reason for this was ******? Client then called in to have the cancelation done on 03 Sept 2015 - ref?***.<br> A cancelation request is not done immediately as the client has to give a 30 days' notice which means the line will only be deactivated on?<br> 03 Oct2015. If client is willing to migrate the line to Prepaid we can then go ahead and do the migration once I have the signed <br> documentation and clear ID/Drivers copy.
