We bought a tablet from MTN more than a year ago. Our daughter required a tablet for school. All their textbooks are loaded onto their tablets. She is in grade 12 this year and she is lost without it! The tablet was bought on contract but the entire amount was paid in cash the day we bought it.

The tablet gave problems from the start and was handed in for the 3rd time at MTN in Ilanga Mall on the 11 February 2015. Here is where our problems started. It is a white tablet and it came back with a black back cover from the previous repair.... The serial number was now an issue. It was sorted out and the tablet was sent to the high volume repair centre in Midrand.

My wife started following up on the repair on the 18 March. What a nightmare! Nobody new where the tablet was. In the end she was informed that the tablet was sent to Mafikeng.... I tried my best to sort it out through the branch without success. I got hold of the number of the area manager and he is really trying his best to sort out the issue.

This is totally unacceptable and the 3rd time that a \school"tablet is in for repairs and now missing. My daughter is going to suffer due to this real bad service.

"""
