T&C'S NOT EXPLAINED
Ive taken up a laptop contract with mtn. Data usb stick with 1gb data.<br> <br> I almost never use this data stic, because im always on wifi.<br> <br> Ive used the data in around July because my wifi had issues. <br> <br> This was not explained and misleading: <br> <br> If i apparently used up my data, then it goes over in cash charges for every data used after that. This was misleading when explained. My father was with me when i got the contract, so I have a witness of what was explained to me. IT WAS SAID THAT IF THE 1GB IS FINISHED FOR THE MONTH I CAN GO BUY AGAIN OTHERWISE IT WILL BE CUT OFF FOR THE DURATION OF THE MONTH, UNTIL LOADED WITH THE NEW 1GB FOR THE NEXT MONTH.<br> <br> I dont feel its fair the R1*** i had to pay.<br> <br> I want MTN to compensate me for this bad, misleading experience.<br> <br> I beleive you do know how it feels and the straign it makes when you have to pay R1900 just out of your salary.<br> <br> BOTTOMLINE: TERMS AND CONDITIONS NOT EXPLAINED BY *********** STAFF OF MTN CAPE GATE CENTRE
