SYSTEMS OFFLINE EVERY MORNING

I have been calling in every morning because I want my debit order date to be changed and every time, the consultants tell me that the system is offline and they cannot help me. I have even logged a query on the website and have not received any form of response. The problem is that I KNOW you will debit on a day I don't want you to and I KNOW that you will make my life hell when you don't get your money.

This is such bad service for me because it will affect my credit record and the sad thing is that I actually did make efforts to update the date.

How is the system offline, every morning?! Pathetic!
