System updates that negatively affect clients

The "new and improved" MTN app is absolutely useless. If you have more than one MTN contract, don't expect the contracts to be linked. You can't view your itemized statements or make payments. Their service champions are just as unhelpful. All they can tell you is that you are not the only customer complaining. As though that makes it ok. After being an MTN client for more than 15 years, I'm really disappointed.
