System that is always offline.

I have been using MTN for about eight years now and it was just unfortunate that I lost my simcard. I was then asked to write an affidavit so that a sim swap can be done, and I did just that. Now, every time I go do sim swap, the system is always "Offline." The MTN at Jo'burg CBD, Gandhi Square and the one that's in Carlton Centre Mall is always offline. MTN it's a very humongous company and such things that we're experiencing as end-users, it *****s the company's image in a very ugly way. So please, don't make us regret for using MTN because what's happening does not happen with other companies like Vodacom, Cell C and Telkom.
