System slow
Today I went to Olifantsfontein MTN shop (Phumulani Mall) I have never been so frustrated in my life. I waited(standing) in a queue for more than an hour waiting to be assisted and there were three people in front of me. When it was finally my turn I was told the system is slow, I waited (standing) again for another hour while they were helping me, the shop does not even have air-cons. I have been to lots of MTN shops everytime I have been there I was assist sitting down.The staff say the system slow problem started last week. I have to go back because the system couldn't print other documents.
