System Offline for a number of days

I'm so dissapointed withe the service of MTN and Mondo contracts. I have done an upgrade on the 25th March 2022, and I was advised that the gadget will be delivered within 3 - 10 working days. Today its day 9 and I have not received the gadget, and when I tried calling their call center they tell me that MTN is offline. The MTN system has been Offline for over 2 days and I need that gadget urgently.
