System Failure: 6 weeks later, overpaid and no result

Bitterly disappointed that after 6 weeks and multiple ‘service champions’ that I find my overpaid bill issue unresolved and my services are going to be interrupted. This has been the perfect demonstration of a system failure held together by staff that do not have the tools and the bandwidth to attend to this customer. To not have services is one thing, to not have it when the service provider owes you money is another. I wait with baited breath for another 24-48 hours to see if it will be resolved 🫠
