******* system and *********** staff

MTN deleted all my records and 30 year history with them from their system, along with my active contract and those of my family without our knowledge and recycled my number that I have had for 30 years. I am a loyal and paying customer and I’ve spent hours in branches and on the phone trying to resolve the issue and get my phone number back, but it seems that there is not a single competent person in any department of the entire organization that can assist.
