Hi I want to congratulate Essack on providing me with swift, detailed and effective assistance with regards to a porting delay. After trying numerous avenues for assistance, he was the only one to not only provide me with assistance, but to expedite my port. I am highly appreciative after the very long wait up until this point. Thanks again.
