Suspicious network problems

MTN is dissapointingly proving to be a bad network provider. I subscribed to receive WOW bonuses after spending a certain amount of airtime. On three occassions, I made calls and when I was left with less than R2 to qualify for a R70 worth of free airtime I started experiencing network failure. I then called MTN call centre with no assistance. A call centre agent promised to ask the Supervisor to call me back within an hour that night. I ended up falling asleep and. In the morning, there were no missed calls even on the alternative cellphone number I provided them with. On onother instance I loaded R40 worth of data bundles, when I opened the internet browser, I got the message instructing me to load airtime. I contacted the call centre again and I was told that the Technicians wil be able to tell me how my bundles were spent. I was transferred to them and the call did not through for the whole day.
