Suspicious DATA Billing
Having repeatedly queried an excessively high data invoice from MTN three months ago we have yet to receive any explanation as to how the data charging relates to the itemized billing.<br> If we do not pay the account our service can be disconnected but they can charge whatever they want without having to justify or explain why it does not look realistic or legitimate.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced with our service.
We do pick up that the itemized billing has been sent to you.
We have logged the request to the billing department to validate the usage for the month of May until July month. We have requested from the billing department to send to you the URL reports.
Cell *** is on an open 2GB contract. Once the 2GB has been used up and the sim card used further for Internet usage the account will be billed extra for data usage.
Please allow +-10 working days for the request to be finalized, REQ:***.
