SUSPENSION OF PAID CONTRACT

redicilous - everymonth issues yesterday again we load data on top up contract and then they suspend my line !

what the hell ! now the debit order you DEDUCT from my bank is not showing on my account so i have been suspended. didn't even receive SMS to warn about suspension cause this is the normal practice they just suspend
