SUSPENSION OF MY MTN ACCOUNT
MY NAME IS SIMON NTELEKOA AND I'M VERY DISSAPOINTED WITH MTN SERVICES WITH THEIR POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. THIS MORNING I RECEIVED A MASSAGE THAT MY ACCOUNT HAS BEEN SUSPENDED DUE TO THE OUSTANDING AMOUNT OF R470.40 NOT BEING PAID DUE TO INSUFFICIENT FUNDS IN THE ACCOUNT. THAT IS OBSURED MTN HASS BEEN DEBUTING MONEY FROM MY FIANCE'S ACCOUNT (AMANDA AS THE CONTRACT IS UNDER HER NAME) FOR THE PAST 23 MONTHS FOR THE AMOUNT OF R459.00, SO WHY WOULD IT BE AN ISSUE NOW THAT I'M FINISHING PAYING THE ACCOUNT OFF FOR THE LAST MONTH OF AUGUST? WORST OF IT ALL MTN DECIDED TO DEBUTE MONEY ON 3 AUGUST 2015 WHICH WAS ON MONDAY WHEREAS THE CONTRACT AGREEMENT WAS THAT TO DEBUTE MONEY EVERY LAST DAY OF EACH MONTH THE 31 JULY 2015 WHICH WAS ON FRIDAY.<br> <br> WHY DID IT TAKE YOU THREE WORKING DAYS TO DEBUTE YOUR MONEY AND THEN BLAME ME AND YOU HAVE THE NERVE OF SUSPENDING MY ACCOUNT. CAN I PLEASE GET THIS ISSUE SORTED OUT BEFORE COB TODAY.<br> <br>

Please be advised that the system do reflect that the debit order has been sent to be paid over to MTN on the 31st of July, the system reflect on the 3Rd of August that the payment has returned unpaid due to no funds in the account. You may follow this up with your fianc? bank.
We have sent the debit order again this includes the July and August balance, the debit order returned again and the account balance is now R924.40. Please make the payment outstanding.
