Thank you for your post.
We are terribly sorry for the inconveniences that you experienced as a result of this. We completely understand the frustration it causes.
The credit limit on your account is determined after your credit history and rating has been evaluated in accordance to the National Credit Act. This determines the maximum amount that a creditor will be allowed to borrow.
Your Credit limit is R329.00.
Your outstanding balance is R309.02
Your unbilled balance is R377.00
This means you owe a total of R686.02 which is above your credit limit. The system will therefore suspend your outgoing calls.
To prevent this from happening you will need to request a credit limit increase from MTN so that your credit limit is always above your unpaid invoices.
We would like to assure you that we are actively working to improve our service levels.
