Suspending international roaming puts customers in danger

MTN has suspended my international roaming while travelling for business resulting in being unable to make calls. I have a contract with debit order and placed no limit on international roaming which has always been active. Cutting customers off while travelling especially in remote regions places people in danger.. this is unacceptable. I have tried dialling the codes to buy bundles, calling customer care, going online the mtn website but nothing works. I have also paid extra money into the account. I am very angry as i am still travelling in remote parts without wifi for 10 days. Please help.
