Suspended services with no explanation.

MTN has suspended by my services and 5 days later nobody within the call centers is able to assist I ve logged 3 escalation calls since wed 28/09 , still without success. I am missing out on so many potential work opportunities and no one can help. THE consultants refuse to put me through to a team leader or someone senior. ***.

This is the most disappointing service encounter EVER.
