Suspended Services When Accounts Up to date

So MTN decides to suspend my services whilst my account is up to date...I went to nearest branch and showed them the payment in my bank app still so assistance but being referred to the branch were I made payment! Im working from home now my employer and stakeholders cannot get ahold of me...

I strongly believe in this modern age I do not have to go to kolonade (although I would have no option but to later as I am also baby sitting).

Its really my first time experiencing suspension when my account up to date without any call. Please resolve this MTN
