Suspended services even though my account is up to date

I honestly feel like we’re really going to have a serious problem me and MTN.****ty services now this?. You do know that complaining always is tiring? You suspended my services claiming that there’s an outstanding balance from September last year,how’s that even possible? Just last week it was an issue of you guys doing as you please on my bank account debiting even though I paid. Now it’s this nonsense . I can’t receive nor make phone calls or messages… I’m really sick and tired and it hasn’t even been a year since I’ve had this contract with you guy,but the number of times I’ve complained is sickening. Sort this mess before the end of today if you don’t want to see my bad side and angidlali I’m dead serious.. there’s no outstanding balance on my account let alone one from 7 months ago
