Suspended Services even after I paid!

MTN is one of the worst service providers, instead of explaining to me why they increased my debits without my consent they suspended my account, I reversed the debit and did a manual payment and paid them the amount agreed upon, they still suspended my services, I cant wait for this contract to end, I will never ever use them again, just a horrible experience ...i have send them emails, with no assistance even until today!
