Suspended services
I had my cellphone contract through Nashua mobile and this was transferred to MTN recently. I have had a limit placed on my monthly account without any consultation from me. Furthermore, I have had my account suspended twice now and it is almost impossible to contact MTN's head office to arrange to reactivate my services. I have just spent the morning being on hold for an hour at a time and services remain suspended.
