Suspended Service Without Explanation

MTN has suspended my number. I am not a contract customer thus I don't owe them anything. They claim it was suspended possibly due to being linked to *****. How do you suspend a client without trying to contact them and when they contact you, you make claims which are not even documented. There is no proof of any ***** linked to my number however MTN has suspended it for over 4 days now. I have no link to clients who know this number as a form of direct contact to me nor am I able to make emergency calls. Should someone not be on Whatsapp I am left stranded to communicating with them.
