SUSPENDED SERVICE EVEN THOUGH ACCOUNT IS PAID

I have been a contract subscriber with MTN for about 10 years. I always pay my account via EFT and also more than necessary.<br> <br> Last month I paid as usual but kept receiving messages that my account is in arrears. I could not call the call center as they are on strike so just ignored it as I know I paid.<br> <br> On Monday the service to all 5 lines were suspended. I went in to the MTN store in Cape Road PE and they activated the lines and told me there is problems with EFT payment due to the strike but everything is good now.<br> <br> Today I received a message saying my account is in arrears again. I called the JHB head office but nobody answers the phones even after 20 min of listening to the most appalling music.<br> <br> Again went to the MTN branch in Walmer and was told they can't do anything to load the payment manually because they are on strike and do not have the facilities in store.<br> <br> What the hell am I supposed to do now???? My account is paid and they can not allocate the payment.<br> <br> If you can not allocate and accept payments do not suspend services!!!<br> <br> If my lines get disconnected again I will cancel all my contracts and go to another provider.
