Suspended Service after payment deduction
Hi
Today you debited my account but you credited me with unlimited minutes and 10GIG after 14h00 the line was no longer working how convenient is that after debiting my account you just cancel my so called month to month contract.
Secondly you lie and say I can cancel at anytime while you keep on debiting my account I have proof of email.
What happens to the day or days I've paid for on mtn flex since you canceled,please credit me with my data and my days unlimited minutes I've paid for them.
I've attached proof if debit at 1h18 today 12/02/2024
