Suspended service

I’m an soooo ****ed off. MTN suspended my service over a technical issue that was a problem on their side. I have money in my account and they decided not to debit my account, few days later I get a call from MTN to pay my account with no apology that their are at fault, i was asked to pay 2500 rands and I did that then few days later again I checked my app only to find that I owe R76 of which I paid it on the Saturday, Monday I wake up and I can’t use my phone , phone the call centre 5 times with no luck and they kept telling me they will escalate the matter. Day 2 still no service, Guys this is BS. How can they suspend my services over R70 and I pay so much a month plus buy airtime
