Suspended service
My phone was suspended with no valid reason from the 3rd of February. The middle person from my company tried her best to contact Mtn, the response from Mtn was the call centre couldn't see the problem. Meanwhile I cannot access my phone which I pay monthly with no payments in arrears. It's been a week now and Mtn will still contact me to sort the problem. It looks like Mtn does not see and understand the urgency of this problem.
