Suspended paid up account.

I am extremely disappointed with MTN. Despite my account being paid on time every month, my phone is repeatedly suspended. This shows a serious lack of competence and poor customer service.

I have tried resolving this issue, but nothing has been done on their side. It has caused me significant inconvenience, and I cannot rely on a service that consistently fails to manage paid accounts properly.

I hope this review serves as a warning to others and that MTN takes urgent steps to fix this problem. I have visited their store their agents will request you to call their customer service which makes no sense, even when you do call they say they don’t find any issues with the account. But my account is still suspended to this day!
