Suspended Network

I've been experiencing problems with my network,where I can't make phone calls,sms,can't receive bank notifications and its been 6days now MTN saying my Network is suspended and when I call MTN they telling me they fixing the problem they will keep in touch,like how do I continue live my life as if everything is alright when I don't even know maybe someone is stilling money from my account or not,MTN is a terrible NETWORK
