Suspended MTN line - FOR NO FLIPPEN REASON

After my wife's phone was suspended, for a reason we still trying to find out, for more than a week she got this email from(NOKHUTHALA KHOZA) TAMARA MTHANDAZO saying "thank you for emailing Enterprise Support Services. Kindly be advised the the suspension has been lifted on your line. Kind Regards. NOT STATING WHAT THE HELL THE PHONE WAS SUSPENDED FOR!!! it was suspended for more than a week and no one at MTN South Africa can tell us WHY IT WAS SUSPENDED. Makes one wonder how does these people get into the positions they are in and cannot even let you know what went wrong. Just a blow off email saying suspension is lifted. They dont even remotely grasp the inconvenience it causes when they just go about and suspend lines for no flippen reason. PATHETIC!!!! Some people should catch a wakeup when being put in positions to run a company because they suck at it.
