Suspended lines

MTN ARE A WASTE OF FLIPPING TIME.

I paid my monthly bill and some *********** idiot, decided they want to put a soft suspension on my account. Then you call mtn and everyone there says they don't understand why the account is suspended.

And since Wednesday my lines have been down. They say 2-48 hours then they come back and say 7 flipping working days ???? Who the flipping hell is going to compensate me for the loss of business due to me not being able to make calls.

I WANT ANSWER TODAY.
