Suspended line but payments made every month!

To my astonishment my line was suspended and I went into the Greenstone store to find out why my line was suspended. I was told that my account was in arrears. I showed the consultant the proof of paymenta made each month and I was asked to email to him. What really upsets me is that the consultants at the store have a don't care attitude and was unwilling to assist. I asked how it will take to unblock my account and I was told between 48 and 72 hours. 72 hours have passed and my line is still suspended. Is this how they treat loyal customers and customers who actually pay their accounts? I am disgusted to say the least. Very very poor service and the most unhelpful consultants!
