May I compliment you guys on a very bad system. I did not pay my account guilty as charge. You suspended it. I do understand it but this is where the system gets interesting. You can not phone me to ask for your money and I cannot phone you. Perfect communication disaster. I can phone your call center. The call center wants to give me a number to phone legal department. I do not have a phone and I do not have a piece of paper. Stop at the shop and get n new Vodacom (yes Vodacom) sim card. Load Data. Ready to phone. Have my pen and paper. Phone the call center. Sorry we can not give you the legal phone number. Question 2 what is the amount due. Sorry we can not see that you need to speak to legal. How can I speak to legal? So, I guess the amount I need to pay. I was out with R27 and they do not what to connect my servers for I guess incorrectly. Not even the MTN shops can tell me what the amount due is. This month I was able to download my statement form the internet and I paid the correct amount. But after 3 days my services is still suspended and if I phone Call Centre they can not tell me why but will send legal department an email. Hello best service every. But I can not complain about the server for there is no service.
