Suspended for paying????

It takes you 2days to suspend my services but no longer to either open the lines or cancel my contracts

My account is paid on time and yet I am the one who ends being inconvenienced for paying timeously

I don’t see why I should hang on to a contract that benefits MTN as I am clearly paying MTN to suspend my lines

I consider my contracts cancelled
