SUSPENDED CELLPHONE NUMBER

I'm so frustrated. MTN suspended my number for no apparent reason 2 months ago. I have been calling customer every day to try get assistance yet none of the agents are able to assist me. I've been told to go in store several times and they too have been unable to help me, they say they do not know how to fix the issue with my number. I have emailed several people at MTN who have either gone silent and not responded to any of my emails or just simply state no knowing how to fix this suspension. I am very frustrated since my number is linked to my personal life, banking and business. I'm unable to make or receive any calls, I can't send or receive smses and I can't load airtime.

I have requested several times the seriousness of not having access to my cellphone yet still no one is attending to me.

I'm appalled by the service I have received from MTN, since I have been a lifelong customer.

I have been trying to port my cellphone number to a new network and that too can't happen until MTN reactivates my number.

I have a long list of people who have failed to assist me over the last 2 months of calling daily. Some of them being: SHAHIDA WARYAWA, GRANT on the complaints Management Team, ONGKARABILE MO***ENG, NDITSHENI HANGWANI
