Suspended cellphone _ ***

<p>I had a contract with Autopage with an MTN number ********** 771. The contract was taken in June 2015. The account has been paid continuously without missing any payment . </p> <p>At about April / May 2016, MTN took over the account from Autopage, but I continued paying Autopage . In June I received an account from MTN with the instruction that from then onwards I must make payments to MTN and not to Autopage any longer.</p> <p>The following month I received information that my account is in arrears . After explaining that I have been paying every month to Autopage , I was asked on several occasions to send the proof of payment for the months from May, which I did many times.</p> <p>Despite this, my account was suspended and for the past 3 months my phone is not working . Everytime is inquire about this, I am always asked to send proof of payment, which I always do.</p> <p>The last time I had communication was with Autopage asking for my banking details so that they could refund the money to me so that I can settle the arrears with MTN . I provided Autopage with my banking details but the money has not been paid back to me . </p> <p>It also seems very strange why Autopage does not pay the money over to MTN without involving me.</p> <p>My phone has now been suspended and has not been working for the past 3 months .</p> <p>Despite this inconvenience, I have never missed a single payment and am still paying monthly although the phone is suspended . </p> <p>Please help me.</p>
