Suspended but done arrangement

On the 30/03/22 I called mtn regarding my account asking to make an arrangement yes the helped agreed with arrangement saying I can 1000 instead of 2300 oky it was done I went to mtn paid 1000 but then the next my account got suspended I stayed the whole without a phone then Monday yesterday morning I customer car to find what's going I spoke to guy called William,William assures me that I be back on service in no time it was around 8am around 11am I called luckly I got William again saying I should wait for 2hours to 24 hours until now am still suspended I called today spoke to the no sure about her name the didn't wanna understand asked before paying 1000 if it was she keeps telling me I was suppose to have 1600 which was not gona mind but am suspended after I spoke two of agent who said 1000 was fine if that amount I won't get suspended since u record our please go back to them now I don't have 660 balance but my concern is your staff said 1000 is right am really disappointed cause I did check with you guys before I paid the 1000 now am stuck with phone and laptops that are suspended
